Indiana Mental Health Hotlines

The need for mental health care is greater than ever, yet Hoosiers are struggling to find support. In February 2021, 38.5% of adults in Indiana reported symptoms of anxiety or depression — but half of them were unable to get counseling or therapy. If you’re looking to build a better, healthier life, the Indiana Mental Health Hotline is here to make programs and services more accessible. When you’re faced with mental health challenges, state and national resources like NAMI and 988 Indiana can help.
